The new or newer golfer needs to make the motion of the body or trunk the
priority in the learning process.
The body is analogous to the hub of a wheel -- it moves very slowly relative
to that out on the circumference which is the arm-hand-club unit in the golf
swing. If the slow moving body at the center ever gets behind, it will
never catch up during that swing.
